After the launch, I support them by offering a range of administrative and creative services that provide my clients with the freedom to focus on what they truly love and get back the time they deserve.
With a multi-faceted skill set and attention to detail second to none (hello perfectionist!), I pride myself on producing high-quality work and can confidently manage all elements of business operations.
I’ve always had a passion for design but am confused about exactly which industry felt right for me. I entered and tried my luck working in the corporate world. After working for years at a 9-5 job I hated, being undervalued & underpaid — I knew I deserved more, but I felt pressured to continue as I spent so many years studying & working to achieve success. But deep down, I knew I had picked the wrong program & industry.
After doing a few websites for fun, I realized THIS is what I’m meant to do. Even though, I was told it was “just a hobby” since I had no professional experience, portfolio, or degree — I believed in myself anyways & quit the corporate company.
In March 2017, I take courses to widen my knowledge about Website Design, Branding, Virtual Assistant responsibilities, and on how to manage Social Media pages.
I launched Fempreneur Designs (Former Glaiza Ederosas.Me) within weeks of the idea popping into my head. I started ALONE! Yes! No team, no co-designers or collaborations. Just ME!
But now, look at me… no, LOOK AT US! From a solo fempreneur, I now manage a team of creative designers. From helping fempreneurs alone, I now help both fempreneurs and creative designers at the same time. Isn’t it amazing?
If I can do it — you can do it too! Starting a business not knowing the outcome is scary, but you can be successful by investing in your business, working hard & believing in yourself.
